A little about me!

We’re now 3k on Instagram and I figured it’s time to introduce myself.

Name’s Sofia and I’m 17 years old. At the moment I’m enrolled in a high school cooking programme. I chose that programme as I was really tired of school and felt like I needed a programme were I got to work a bit. Since I’ve been interested in food for a long time I figured a cooking programme would be perfect. I’m really happy with it and I feel I made the right choice.

That was also how my food interest grew and started to cook a lot more food at home, then a year ago I turned vegan and the interest grew even more. I want to show people that you can eat vegan food without missing anything and also that vegan food is a lot more delicious than people think!

Last summer I came up with the idea of making a blog, I was on a trip with my family and we started brainstorming different logos and names and figuring out how to actually start a blog. About two weeks later the blog was up and running and it was the best decision of my life. I really hope I will be able to work with this in the future, I’m really passionate about it and will work hard to get there.

My plans for the future are probably to god a job, preferably at a café or likewise to then move, probably to Gothenburg.

Outside of the blog and school, I also have a dog, Maleo, who’s a big part of my life. I’ve wanted a dog for as long as I can remember and when I was 7 my dad promised me that when I turn 15 I’d get one. The years passed by and as my cat died I started feeling really down. That was when my parents felt it was time I get my own dog. We started looking for a dog and a year later I bought Maleo. Also one of the best things that have happened to me. Maleo really has helped me see how beautiful life can be. Having to take care of someone other than myself has also been really good for me.

One last thing about me is that I love to dance. I’ve done a bunch of different styles but the one I’ve stuck with is the first one I tried. I just love to dance with them, you always walk home with a smile on your face after those classes. I don’t dance too often as I don’t have a lot of time for it but I have to dance at least once a week. If I don’t have dance classes I dance at home instead, it’s a good way for me to express my feelings!

No more about me now, time to talk about my dear sister and assistant, Sandra Klasson. Without Sandra I never would have been able to start this blog. She’s helped me so much and always been there to support me. Her support has really been crucial for me! She’s the one of translates the whole blog and insta. It’s because of her that I even have the blog in English! She’s a big part of this and I hope she’ll always want to, I really appreciate everything that she does and that I can reach more people thanks to her. We’re in this together and I wouldn’t want to do this without her! ❤️
