Hot pistachio sauce

Cooking time: 20 mins


  • 100g organic pistachio
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 200ml plant-based single or double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar


  1. Peel the pistachios and try to remove the second layer too. You can use a deep fryer basket for this.
  2. When most of the peel is gone, blend it in a food processor until it’s a butter, if it’s not working you can add some oil.
  3. Heat the pistachio butter with remaining ingredients in a pot. Use a whisk to stir. When the sauce is hot it’s ready to be served.

Serve with a dessert or vanilla ice cream!
