Cooking time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
- 100g organic pistachio
- 50g white chocolate
- 200ml plant-based single or double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
- Peel the pistachios and try to remove the second layer too. You can use a deep fryer basket for this.
- When most of the peel is gone, blend it in a food processor until it’s a butter, if it’s not working you can add some oil.
- Heat the pistachio butter with remaining ingredients in a pot. Use a whisk to stir. When the sauce is hot it’s ready to be served.

Serve with a dessert or vanilla ice cream!
