Ingredients:
- 4 portions chips (800-900g)
- 200 g vegan creme cheese from violife
- 250 g vegan cheddar from green vie
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to your taste)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g jalapeños
- 1 avocado (optional)
- Vegan creme fraiche (optional)
Instructions:
- Deep-fry or bake the chips. I used an air fryer. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare a bain marie and melt together the creme cheese, cheddar, chilli flakes, paprika and salt. (In case the cheese is difficult to melt you can add a splash of plant based milk, but it shouldn’t be neccessary).
- Chop up the jalapeños.
- Put your chips in a bowl, pour the cheese over and sprinkle the jalapeños on top.
- Optional: Serve with mashed avocado (or a guacamole if you’re feeling up for it) and vegan creme fraiche.
