Cooking time: 15 mins | 4 servings
Ingredients:
- Oil to fry
- 200 g of vegan pieces
- 8 slices of white bread
- 100 g cashew butter
- About 16 cucumber slices
- 1/3 jar of sun-dried tomatoes
- Sea salt
- Salt & peppar
Instructions:
- Fry the pieces on medium high heat until golden brown, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour some oil in a ribbed pan if you have one, a normal one works as well. Make sure to spread the oil well. I used a pastry brush to spread it. Then fry the bread until all sides are done.
- Slice the cucumber and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Spread the cashew butter on 4 pieces of bread, add cucumber, the vegan pieces and sun-dried tomatoes, top with sea salt. Then add the two remaining pieces of bread on top and then you have yourself a toastie. Dig in!
Tip!
Add some tomato slices, juicy and delicious!
