Pie is one of the best things to make, not only tasy but really simple to make! There are so many variations on pie, both food and dessert pies. I made a pie of the berries from our garden. Raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarbs but you can exchange them with anything. I served the pie with vegan cream, but you can eat it with ice cream too!

Cooking time: 45 mins
Ingredients:
- 500 g optional berries, I used raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarbs.
- 100 g plant-based butter
- 4 dl oats
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 dl flour
- 0.5 dl golden syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Turn the oven on to 175 °C.
- Put the berries in a pie dish, if you use frozen berries you can add 1/2 tbsp of potato starch. I used fresh so I didn’t need to.
- In a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and knead to a dough. Crumble the dough over the berries so that they are covered.
- Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve with cream or ice cream, why not both?
